Alexandria L. Heins is an attorney at Silver & Wright LLP. Ms. Heins’s practice areas include code enforcement, receiverships, nuisance abatement, and municipal law.

She attended University of Redlands majoring in political science and English literature. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from University of San Diego School of Law where she was a merit scholarship recipient and member of moot court. She was inducted into the Order of Barristers when she graduated in 2020.

During law school, she clerked for Appellate Defenders Inc. in San Diego assisting the appellate project with criminal appeals and she also volunteered with USD Legal Clinics. She participated in the Education and Disabilities Clinic, the Income Tax Clinic, and the Appellate Clinic. While participating in the Appellate Clinic, Ms. Heins appeared and presented oral argument alone as a certified law student in the 9th Circuit on an immigration case she and three other students fully briefed.

In her free time, Ms. Heins can be found rock climbing, running, or reading.
