Ms. Shin earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, she worked as a law clerk for Federal District Court Judge Alan C. Kay. Ms. Shin earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Hawaii in Political Science graduating with top honors. Ms. Shin also has a Masters’ Degree in Education/Teaching from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Ms. Shin is licensed in both Hawaii and California and has extensive experience teaching business law.

Prior to joining Silver & Wright, Ms. Shin worked at San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office and international law firms in Seoul, Korea. Ms. Shin has worked in numerous practice areas, including contracts, corporate transactions, bankruptcy, immigration, criminal prosecution, and civil litigation matters.
