Additionally, Mr. Kalter is experienced in drafting/negotiating settlement agreements and contracts.

Mr. Kalter decided to join Silver & Wright LLP because he has a passion for public policy and protecting and serving local communities throughout California.

Mr. Kalter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Kalter was selected and granted a scholarship to represent Sonoma State University through the Panetta Institute where he participated in a full-time internship in Washington D.C. in the office of Congressman Howard Berman who was Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Mr. Kalter earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of San Francisco.
