As a litigation paralegal at Silver & Wright LLP, Peter Gilmore conducts legal research, drafts documents, coordinates legal documents, and helps prepare for cases and trials. Tapping into his managerial experience, Peter also maintains client invoicing functions and provides firmwide technology support.

Mr. Gilmore has extensive experience as a litigation paralegal in general civil, criminal, appellate, federal, and the California Supreme Courts. His areas of expertise are in municipal law in both civil and criminal law including code enforcement, nuisance abatement, cost recovery, receiverships, land use and planning, building code compliance, public liability defense, administrative proceedings and investigations, misdemeanor criminal law, trial preparation, discovery, depositions, civil and criminal motion document drafting, and including multiple other fields of general civil and criminal litigation. He is also a notary for the state of California.

Previously, Peter has worked as a project services manager where he gained experience managing a number of employees and hundreds of clients. He has also served as a consultant for Robert Half Legal where he provided legal assistance to companies and supported the firm’s general counsel with data entry, document preparation, and research.
Peter earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and government from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
